Pharmako provides healthcare API infrastructure that enables developers to access and integrate healthcare data from various sources including EHRs, labs, and other healthcare systems.

3. Account Registration

You must register for an account to use our services. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including HIPAA
• Access data you are not authorized to access
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Resell or redistribute our services without authorization

5. HIPAA Compliance

If you process Protected Health Information through our platform, you must enter into a Business Associate Agreement with us and comply with all applicable HIPAA requirements.

6. Fees and Payment

Fees for our services are described on our pricing page. You agree to pay all fees in accordance with the billing terms in effect at the time. We may change our fees with 30 days notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pharmako shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
